THE EXPERIMENT: Moulds grow fastest in food which contains the most moisture.
HYPOTHESIS: The greater the amount of water, the faster the mould will grow.
THE RESULTS: ~which grew first? The mould started growing on the bread with the 5 sprays of water first. It appeared on the 6th day. The mould on the bread with 2 sprays of water started growing on the 7th day. The mould on the bread with no water started growing on the on the 9th day.
~after 2 weeks... the mould with the 5 sprays of water had the most amount of mould on it. the whole mould even became green!
CONCLUSION: The more the amount of water, the faster the mould will grow.
